    Completed online AVATS form.

    Letter of request/purpose explaining study plans in Ireland.

  3. 3

    Two passport-size photos (4.5 x 3.5 cm), signed on the back.

    Passport valid for at least 1 year from expected entry date, plus full copies.

    Proof of acceptance and full tuition payment from the institution.

  6. 6

    Explanation of education and work history, including any study gaps.

  7. 7

    Proof of academic ability (previous grades, exams, certificates).

    Proof of English level according to study visa requirements.

    Proof of financial capacity (at least EUR 10,000) from applicant, sponsor, or student loan.

    Private medical insurance coverage letter.

Notes
  • Submit original documents.
  • Any non-English or non-Irish document must include a full translation.
  • Official civil documents issued outside Schengen/Switzerland must be apostilled/attested by the issuing country's foreign ministry.
Other important details
  • Include current and previous passport details (number, issue and expiry dates).
  • Declare prior Irish visa/permission applications and any visa refusals from any country.
  • Declare criminal convictions or pending charges.
  • Provide accommodation details in Ireland.
